THE ROLE

Our Scape Australia team are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our COO – Operations and the broader business operations team.

In this role, you’ll:

- Provide high-level administrative and executive support – including diary, travel, and meeting coordination.

- Assist with event planning, presentations, and operational projects across Leasing, ESG, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

- Manage communications, invoices, expenses, and internal processes to keep everything running smoothly.

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re an organised, energetic multitasker who thrives on keeping things (and people) running smoothly. You’ll bring:

- A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent organisation and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail across all tasks and documents.

- Experience in administration, events, or hospitality coordination (preferred).

- Integrity, teamwork, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
