About the role
Our Manufacturing operational team is currently sourcing a permanent full-time team member to join our team as a Manufacturing Coordinator; you will provide support and coordinate with the Manufacturing team by overseeing operational duties. This role will be based at our Factory in Chipping Norton NSW, reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager.
The position offers an immediate start, with opportunities for ongoing career development.
Responsibilities
- Correcting and updating staff timesheets.
- Printing Semi-Finished Goods and Final HATAS documentation for production tracking.
- Uploading monthly production data to SAP for all products (VPAC, AHU, and FCU).
- Supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) team with HATAS documentation and manufacturing date verifications.
- Creating purchase orders for non-stock items such as uniforms, PPE, and PE team requirements.
- Reconciling invoices from suppliers to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Skill transfer committee meeting, assisting Trainers with administration to document training plan and results.
- Maintain attendance and test result registers on training.
- Coordinate with HR updates to Team Member rosters and variations to contracts.
- Management of Workers Compensation updates for the Manufacturing Team.
About you
- Previous experiences in a Coordinator or similar environment and position.
- Exposure to Supply Chain and accounting knowledge.
- Strong exposure to SAP and Microsoft is ideal but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a high-volume environment & ability to work under pressure.
- Japanese speaking ability (desirable).
