From managing rebate agreements and liaising with Fund Managers, to reconciling external trades and setting up unlisted bond products, your work will directly support the smooth functioning of our investment platform. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving trade issues, onboarding new funds, and ensuring pricing integrity—making this a role where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving truly shine. If you’re looking for a role that offers variety, ownership, and the chance to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, this is the opportunity for you.**Responsibilities:*** Process and validate rebates from Fund Managers and Portfolio Providers, following up on discrepancies and delays.* Onboard and maintain rebate agreements; manage ManagerHub access and onboarding of new funds.* Reconcile and book trades executed through external brokers; resolve failed trades and broker access issues.* Reconcile and book unlisted bond trades; set up and maintain new bond products; monitor bond pricing.* Deliver high standards of client service, acting as the main point of contact for product administration queries.* Update client account details, generate correspondence, and resolve client issues promptly.* Ensure compliance with HUB24 and regulatory standards; support risk management and process reviews.* Proactively contribute to process improvements and participate in ad hoc projects.* Communicate and collaborate effectively within the team and across departments.**Requirements:*** Experience with financial instruments, products, platforms, and the financial planning industry.* Understanding of Australian Tax.* Significant experience in a similar financial services position.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of Australian securities, cash options, and settlement risks.* Tertiary qualifications highly regarded.* Ability to build strong working relationships based on trust and respect.* Persuasive and influential, with strong negotiation skills.* Commitment to high standards of client service and commercial focus.* Optimistic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.* Flexible and agile approach, able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.* Continual improvement mindset and calm under pressure.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
