This hybrid role has two key objectives: actively leading Team Global Express’s key strategic account (s) and be responsible for securing new business from tier one partners.**What You’ll Do*** Manage a bespoke portfolio of strategic partner accounts, maximising TGE’s profile, share of wallet, and customer loyalty* Develop and execute customer growth strategies, service plans, and quarterly business reviews* Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organisations* Champion customer needs internally to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions across all business units* Drive acquisition of new tier-one partner accounts across multiple industries* Deliver against financial objectives including revenue targets, profitability, and revenue quality* Provide sustainable, multimodal transport solutions tailored to customer requirements**What You’ll Bring*** Proven experience managing and selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprise customers* Strong track record in strategic account management, sales planning, and exceeding targets* Exceptional relationship-building skills from C-suite to operational levels* Commercial acumen in opportunity planning, revenue forecasting, and contract negotiation* Deep understanding of market segments, industry trends, and digital ecommerce solutions* High-level communication and interpersonal skills* Collaborative mindset with a strategic, evidence-based approach to problem-solving* Valid Driver’s License**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
