Bel & Bril Talent Advisors is working with a number of Top 100 Accounting Firms based in Brisbane CBD and North and South of Brisbane currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join their team as a Senior Accountant. There is a diverse range of clients.

You'll work alongside top leaders in the field who share a passion for outstanding client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents for private clients.
2. Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimise their tax liabilities.
3. Advising clients on business decisions and financial management strategies.
4. Collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals.
5. Supervising and mentoring junior members of the accounting team.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm's accounting processes and procedures.

What we're looking for:

1. At least 4+ years of tax compliance/business services experience currently working within an accounting public practice firm in Australia.
2. CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification.
3. Proven expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic financial advice.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
