Responsibilities

What you’ll do

- Source and assess new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW, including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.

- Lead financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and valuation assessments to support acquisition decisions.

- Assist in the full transaction process: due diligence, consultant management, legal negotiations, and Board submissions.

- Build and present clear business cases and investment papers to the Investment Committee and Board.

- Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive high-quality commercial outcomes.

- Ensure all opportunities incorporate Levande’s focus on sustainability, ESG, and risk management.

Qualifications

About you

This role will appeal to candidates from real estate advisory, consulting, or investment backgrounds who want to move client-side and take on direct ownership of acquisitions. You bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, commerce, or a related field.

- 5–10 years’ experience in real estate advisory, valuations, transactions, or development consulting (e.g. PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, Urbis, or mid-tier firms).

- Proven skills in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and valuations.

- Strong report writing and presentation skills, with experience preparing Board-level papers or client investment reports.

- Knowledge of the Sydney real estate market, and the drive to build a strong network of agents, consultants, and landowners.

- A collaborative and motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Transition from advisory into client-side acquisitions with end-to-end deal responsibility.

- Be at the forefront of shaping Australia’s retirement living communities.

- Enjoy direct visibility with senior decision-makers and the Board.

- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with hybrid working from our Sydney Support Office.
