Marketing Manager - Acquisition

ING Australia is looking for a Marketing Manager - Acquisition to join our Products and Customer Marketing team. This role is responsible for customer outcomes that span the planning, implementation & optimisation of go to market communication campaigns the drive product acquisition for ING The remit includes marketing campaign execution and may include product awareness, consideration communications and NTB (New To Bank) acquisition, it may also extent to retention and engagement initiatives to ensure acquisition efforts are not diluted by attrition.

**What You'll Do**
- Execute marketing campaigns that drive material acquisition and deliver against targets
- Represent Marketing in cross-functional teams to understand the problem / question and develop strategic customer plans and communication briefs
- Drive execution with external agencies, Product Owners, Marketing Expert Teams, Contact Centre, Digital Channels, Digital Marketing, and Customer Intelligence teams
- Manage the implementation of offers and fulfilment, resolving customer complaints and working with the contact centre for omni-channel buying experience
- Deliver the marketing material for the successful take to market of all your campaigns for ING

**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years experience in an acquisition focussed role, preferably in Financial Services Marketing role
- Exposure to working with Customer and Intelligence functions (for analytical and targeting purposes)
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking and Portfolio dynamics
- Proven experience in managing vendors and governance
- Skill set ideally focussed on integrated, digital marketing and/or Product Marketing within a marketing organisiation or Agency
