The Change Manager is responsible for delivery of effective change outcomes on customer and business change projects/programs. The role partners with business leaders and customer channels to lead the change delivery components ensuring alignment with the program's change management strategy and methodology.

The role will review and analyse stakeholder engagement requirements and the change impacts on people, processes and technology to formulate solutions and change interventions to address the impacts. This change analysis will be collated to enable clear, concise communication to stakeholders on the change requirements and plan, to effectively manage the change impacts and ready their people for the transition.

The Change Manager works closely with the Senior Change and Project Manager roles to provide input into the change strategy and to plan the change management activity, including the integration of activity into the project plan. They also work closely with their stakeholders to build effective and robust relationships that enable them to partner and support those stakeholders through the transition.

A structured approach and toolset that is consistent with the enterprise change management framework and industry-wide good practice standards is applied by the role to understand, evaluate and execute the change program.

Experience:

- Demonstrate proven experience in managing projects of varying size and disciplines - meeting business critical deadlines across multiple assignments preferably within large, complex organisations
- Demonstrate proven experience in working and coordinating across multi-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to influence and persuade others to ensure they commit to a course of action.
- Business experience dealing with management at senior levels within a complex organisation setting - independent thinker who drives results with an ability to maintain integrity and composure under pressure
- Demonstrate proven experience in proactively leading change (and integration) by influencing others to stretch boundaries to overcome obstacles
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the project life cycle & a familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, consulting, presenting skills and facilitation of large groups to gather requirements from stakeholders/business functions.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of multiple change management frameworks, principles and methodologies
- Ability to use networks to gather critical information and insight with the ability to interpret information to understand barriers and opportunities for change
- Significant experience in the planning and delivery of organisational change with accountability for:
- Working with the business and senior stakeholders to understand and document current and future state
- Identify and evaluate business impacts
- Formulate change plans
- Stakeholder Analysis/Communications
- Benefits realisation/ownership
- Change embedment/sustainability
- Superior desktop software proficiency (Office 365 suite)
