Overview

Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent Baseline cleared, Training and Development Coordinator to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About You

- Must have a Baseline clearance.
- Must be based in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane.
- Professional experience with planning and executing the training strategies

About the Role

- Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation in a complex program environment, ensuring readiness for the new system.
- Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach
- Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition, ensuring users are fully equipped
- Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials
- Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the Program and business to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
- Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities
- Support the delivery of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs
- Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders
