**Our Transition**

EnergyAustralia is actively transitioning its portfolio - we are doing not just talking. In the last year we have made substantial investment commitments across utility storage (lithium ion and pumped hydro) and flexible gas/hydrogen generation, all of which will support a high renewable's grid.

**About the Role**

The purpose of the role is to plan, manage, and coordinate training activities for personnel across the Yallourn Power Station and Mine. The role will cover both business-as-usual activities to gain and refresh core competencies of our people and to support the training activities to be delivered through the Yallourn Transition program.

**Duties and Accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain approved annual Health, Safety, Environment, and Statutory training plans and schedules

- Work with the Yallourn Transition team, the broader Yallourn Leadership team, and training providers to plan, coordinate and schedule group training
- Build and maintain a library of Health, Safety, and Environmental training course material
- Administer training schedule, including arranging, and scheduling training, and ensuring attendance
- Record and analyse training feedback forms to assess effectiveness and improve future courses

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Human Resources) or related discipline and / or equivalent qualifications and / or experience in a learning and development function
- Experience in an equivalent role or function, preferably in a high risk or heavy industry environment
- Qualification in Training & Assessment desirable, but not required.
- Organisation and Communication Sound oral and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
