The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training programs that enhance team capabilities and drive operational excellence.
You'll ensure that all training activities meet compliance requirements while aligning with Interflow's strategic goals. You'll also take ownership of maintaining accurate training records, proactively managing the training register, and supporting a culture of continuous learning. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager this role is based out of our Girraween office.
You will bring:
- Previous administration or coordination experience in a training environment, either in house or in an RTO.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Learning & Development, etc) preferred
- Experience in managing e-learning and management systems such as Talent LMS Beakon or similar is highly regarded
