Overview

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join Chubb Fire & Security's Training Group team based in Salisbury (Brisbane).

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Coordinator located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources planning.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries.
- Develop and manage training calendars and schedules.
- Ensure all training and emergency planning activities are executed efficiently
- Collaborate with trainers and external vendors to deliver high-quality training services.

About You

- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Self-Motivated
- Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
- RTO Experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Scheduling or coordination experience required
