We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, handling complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of Brecks Group, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
5. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager
7. Continuously strive to improve and maintain customer satisfaction levels
8. Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records of customer accounts
9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
4. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
7. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
8. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
9. Fluency in a second language is a plus
