3M are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Oral Care solutions division. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service rep looking for a great team environment.

If you have 2 years' relevant customer service experience & are passionate about the medical/healthcare industry, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Be part of an innovation led organization who has a passion for offering solutions.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Developing relationships with Key Account Customers by understanding their needs
- Offering professional telephone support to internal and external customers, as well as upselling monthly promotions
- Overseeing customer invoices and receipts
- Systems Account Maintenance - including creating new customer accounts, and maintaining existing
- Processing Customer's purchase orders, credits and returns
- Ensuring that pricing contracts are correct and up to date
- Providing support to the 3M Orthodontic business including sales, marketing, warehouse, accounts receivable and special project management
- Responsible for back orders
- 2 years' experience within a similar Customer Service Role. Experience within the healthcare or dental industry is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Fantastic communication skills (speaking, listening and writing)
- The ability to take ownership and make informed decisions
- Outgoing attitude - willing to go above and beyond for customers and team members
- High levels of competency in all MS Office apps (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
- Immaculate attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in the medical industry is favourable however not necessary
