**Customer Service Representative | Sydney**

**Salary**: $1100 - $1200 per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests at local businesses in the region.
- Document new customer information.
- Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Empathy and patience to understand and address customer needs
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales or person centred role.
