- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across capital equipment and consumables.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Achieve revenue growth targets across consumables for stability and recurring sales, while also driving capital growth in long-cycle, high-value projects.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and contribute insights to business strategy.
- Represent Getinge at regional and national industry events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Treat your territory as your own business, balancing travel, account coverage, and reporting requirements.

You’ll bring

- Excellent communication – proactive and clear in engaging customers, colleagues, and multiple stakeholders.
- Sales drive & resilience – proactive, motivated, and ready to own your numbers.
- Relationship skills – ability to engage a variety of stakeholders from CSSD Managers to Procurement and GMs.
- Adaptability – able to switch between long capital sales cycles and fast consumable sales.
- Experience in medical sales or working with CSSD/Endoscopy is highly valued but not essential — we’ll support you to learn the products and industry.

What’s in it for you

- Opportunity be part of a leading respected global health tech company – delivering excellence in quality healthcare solutions
- Ongoing development - Help you be the best you can be by investing in your professional development
- To be part of a fantastic team culture – let’s celebrate your successes
- To provide the flexibility you need to do your best work and support your holistic wellbeing – be part of a progressive network
- Career growth – global & local opportunities
- Compensation & benefits – Paid parental leave & competitive salary packages

If you enjoy high levels of responsibility, building strong interpersonal relationships, and are driven to achieve great results we look forward to hearing from you.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant references, police, and medical checks prior to appointment.
