Overview

If you're an experienced Senior Account Manager with an interest in the retail, food and beverage sector this agency might be of interest. An opportunity to join this creatively led agency that specialise in content, comms and digital to influence and support consumers at retail level. They're a leading independent agency and work with global household brands creating powerful customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work on a global brand to bring the brand alive instore. You’ll be assisting with the preparation and delivery of tactical projects, ensuring they run smoothly on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Support a Senior Account Director and/or Group Account Director
- Overseeing and managing creative projects from initial briefing through to delivery
- Preparing project comms, contact reports, overseeing creative and artwork rollout, preparing and managing timelines, cost estimates and invoices, photography pre-production documents, attending photography shoots, production and task briefs right through to delivery
- Leading day to day client relationships
- Identifying key meeting actions and following them through
- Supporting and leading agency administration tasks
- Demonstrating enthusiasm to learn and understand your clients’ brands and industries
- Anticipating your clients’ needs, delivering best in class service and responsiveness

Qualifications / Experience

- Minimum of 4 year’s prior account management experience within marketing and/or creative services agency environment.
- Relevant degree in Communications (Advertising, Marketing, Digital, Business) is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques and process across one or more touch-points or mediums (e.g. in-store, digital, mobile, packaging, print, direct)
- Proven client management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and resourceful
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Solution focussed
- Multi-tasker
