Based in the Logan/Gold Coast growth corridor, they are well positioned to tackle a wide range of project work.

As Head of Operations, you will lead business operations across established onsite teams and emerging divisions. Your focus will be on building high-performing teams, putting the right people in the right roles, mentoring staff, and driving operational excellence.

- Extensive construction experience, ideally in trade subcontracting and in management/ leadership roles
- Strong numerical reasoning and proven commercial acumen – while a tertiary qualification is not required it will be viewed favourably e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts effectively and efficiently.
- Values-driven and passionate about enabling team success
