The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an experienced and professional Head of Operations as a key team member to support our high performing organisation and culture.

You will lead the operations of our fast growing organisation, including having primary responsibility for human resources, finance, technology and policies in conjunction with our outsourced service providers.

The Head of Operations works closely with the CEO, the executive leadership team and the RIAA board to ensure a high standard and effective delivery of corporate services and company governance. The role is in integral one in both setting and directing the organisational culture and performance, as well as focusing on ensuring compliance and effective operations across our Australian head quarters, as well as through our New Zealand branch.

In this role you will oversee:

- the finance function, including the development of annual budgets,
- act as company secretary to the RIAA board
- the human resource management function
- monitor the risk register and action plan for the organisation
- develop and implement appropriate policies and processes for an impactful organisation that supports a strong culture and effective work place
- an effective and enabling technology environment for the team
- Desire to contribute to RIAA’s mission
- Commitment to exceptional teamwork and respectful and inclusive work culture
- Professional demeanor that is strong on leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve whole-of-organisation objectives
