Opportunity:

We're looking for a Head of Operations to design, build and lead the operational system that drives performance, capacity, delivery standards and profitability across all Infinity22 divisions.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we scale ensuring our operations are efficient, data-driven and built for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Systemise workflows, delivery processes and automation across advisory and accounting services.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools, cloud platforms and remote team collaboration.
  • Run weekly performance reporting across all teams and divisions.
  • Manage team capacity, accountability and operational excellence.
  • Track and improve margins, utilisation and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure Infinity22 continues to lead as a tech-enabled, scalable advisory partner.

What You'll Bring:

  • Melbourne-based (hybrid role – flexible mix of office and remote).
  • Proven experience scaling a tech-enabled service business (e.g. online accounting, advisory, agency or SaaS). Minimum 3 years of experience scaling a tech-enabled service business required.
  • A systems thinker comfortable with automation, cloud workflows and remote teams.
  • A strong, hands-on leader who thrives in founder-led, high-growth environments.
