As we continue to grow across Australia, we're seeking a Head of Operations a dynamic, relationship-driven leader who continue to uplift our Operation Managers and Centre Managers, strengthen service operations, and champion the Eden culture.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced early childhood leader who thrives on connection, collaboration and operational excellence.

Your Impact

As our Head of Operations, you will:

  • Support and empower Operation Managers and Centre Managers to deliver exceptional service experiences
  • Influence quality and culture across all Eden centres
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure strong compliance practices
  • Provide senior leadership guidance, insights and direction
  • Nurture, mentor and motivate teams to grow and succeed
  • Support new centres through their opening phase, ensuring Eden's culture and expectations are upheld

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Approved Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Child Protection training
  • Rights to work in Australia

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor or early childhood leadership role
  • Strong understanding of NQF, National Law & Regulations, EYLF and CCS
  • Demonstrated leadership across people management, compliance, budgets and operational systems
  • Proven ability to coach, guide and lift capability across multiple sites
  • A genuine, relationship-focused leadership style

This role will be based in Victoria with travel to South Australia required.
