We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial team. In this exciting and newly created role, the BI Analyst’s purpose is to enhance data reporting and visualisation solutions to support decision‑making. The primary responsibility is to maintain existing Power BI dashboards, execute continuous improvement, develop new Power BI dashboards, and further the adoption of BI tools through delivering updates and conducting training.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Partner with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business objectives
- Transform data from multiple internal and external systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes and model performance
- Provide training, guidance, and support to users to maximise BI adoption
- Be the first point of contact for Power BI systems and products in the organisation
- Create clear and concise documentation for reports, dashboards and processes
- Support the business with wider process efficiency goals, including data integration, and adoption of new technology tools

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience with Power BI, with hands‑on experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL or other data extraction / transformation tools
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Experience working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce or other technical field
- Experience within a fast paced and demanding business environment
- Proficient in MS Office
