About the Role

The Reporting and Contracts Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing and generating reports for the delivery of Operational Control and Management Systems (OCMS) projects, ensuring that all Department of Transport (DTP) contractual obligations are fulfilled.

This role will cover for parental leave until the end of December 2025, with the possibility of an extension, and will be based at 700 Collins Street (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).

Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain data collection systems to support business decisions and ensure alignment with Melbourne Metro Trains (MTM) obligations.
- Create graphs, tables, and dashboards with metrics and insights for decision-making.
- Oversee and produce required OCMS Reports in line with MTM’s Commercial Agreement.
- Manage the OCMS Risk & Compliance Tracker and monitor the completion of obligation actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on governance, reporting, and communication with the Department of Transport.

About You

- You will be towards the start of your career with some experience in a similar reporting, analytical or governance position.
- Experience in eliciting requirements and developing reports to a high quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
