In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Amplify enterprise transformation program driving the transformation of our end-to-end business processes and ways of working enabled by new SAP S/4HANA cloud technology.**Responsibilities include:*** Supporting change management planning and execution across global teams* Assisting with stakeholder mapping, engagement, and readiness activities* Coordinating change management deliverables and go-live support* Supporting the development and delivery of training programs and materials* Monitoring business readiness and reporting on change and training effectiveness* Managing change tasks and reporting in program reporting toolsYou’ll be at the heart of a major transformation, helping shape how Cochlear works globally.
