XJ0168-Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market | Germany
工作职责Job Description:
The Business Development Manager –Hunting and Outdoor Market should have intensive knowledge in hunting, and basic common experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main assignment is to for developing the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships among Distributors, Dealer Shops and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are:
- Great business sense
- He/She should be a hunter.
- Younger and energetic are preferred.
- An experienced social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with high social followers is greatly preferred.
- Possess/ Interested in hunting electronics, consumer and electronics.
- Experience in retails, stores and etc.
- Integrity, Trustful, Honesty, Enthusiastic, and Responsible
- German/English is required.
- Great communication and negotiation skills
The employer, therefore, requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:
- - Develop hunting market, and carry out dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instruction, activities/events, relationship building, market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
- Find the pain points and discover the support required by dealers and end users
- Presentation of the solution to potential customers
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assist consultants to specify projects
- Position the company as the preferred product for consultants.
- Prepare reports required by the management.
岗位要求Requirements:
1. Experience in hunting or hunting market.
2. Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
3. Being open-minded to working in a multicultural company.
4. Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
5. Strong communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
6. Solid in Outlook and related products.
7. Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
8. A Valid unlimited work permit in the based country is a must.
