We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to drive business growth in the hunting and outdoor market.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the hunting industry and a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the hunting and outdoor market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Presentation of solutions to potential customers.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team.
- Lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assist consultants to specify projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in hunting or the hunting market.
- Proven negotiation skills on a corporate level.
- Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment.
- Self-motivation and ambition to be part of a winning culture.
- Strong communication skills in English and German (oral and written).
- Familiarity with Outlook and related products.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- A valid unlimited work permit in the country of employment is required.
