Your Role in Our Strategic Plan
As Legal Counsel, you’ll be a key advisor to the business – partnering with our internal teams to deliver on our strategic goals by providing timely, high quality and commercially focused legal guidance that supports our impact, compliance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Expertly drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on a broad variety of legal issues including general commercial, IP, privacy, and competition law
- Supporting risk management frameworks and delivering legal compliance training
- Handling legal matters related to litigation, inquiries and more
- Remaining abreast of legal and regulatory developments
What You Bring
- 3–5 years PQE with a current NSW practising certificate
- Solid experience in commercial law, IP, IT, and competition law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Confidence in risk-based decision-making and providing practical, business-focused advice
- A passion for continuous learning
