We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join our high-performing team based in either Sydney Head Office or Perth Office. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting a collaborative team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do - Manage project document control and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. - Oversee quality assurance and control of project documentation. - Implement and maintain project filing structure and document management systems. - Track, register, and update project deliverables, revisions, approvals, and transmittals. - Support project reporting by maintaining document registers, schedules, and progress data. - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve document control issues. - Provide guidance and training for stakeholders on document management and project quality systems. - Championing quality systems approach in projects, in accordance with Yokogawa guidelines/policies and MyProject online project-phase documentation. - Assist with project closure, archival of documentation, and audit requirements. - Promote best practices in document control and contribute to continuous improvement. What you’ll bring - 3+ years' experience in project document control administration, preferably within an engineering or technical environment. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and business systems, and a knack for learning new tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - An analytical thinker, self-motivated, assertive individual with good problem-solving skills. - Knowledge on Documentation control and use of Aconex, Sharepoint or similar software.
