Ventia have an exciting opportunity full-time position for a Document Controller to join the Transport team to support the Sydney Harbour Tunnel & Western Harbour Tunnel.

**Primary purpose of this role**:

- Monitor document flow of transactions, documents statuses
- Maintain SharePoint file structures and associated metadata for document libraries.
- Support the development of document control and management systems
- Support the coordination of all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence and designs.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings
- Assist with quality control checks
- Assist with setting up project filling systems.
- Generate the various document control reports as required.
- Assist with auditing and reviewing documents

**About you**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of document control principles
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
- High level of computer competency and literacy In MS Office (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues and generate solutions
- Experience in managing customer service and customer expectations
- Understanding of the requirements of ISO9001 for control of documented information
- A current driver’s licence
- SAP systems (Ariba, Concur) (desirable)
