About Us
Peninsula Leisure (PL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Frankston City Council, is an industry leadingorganisation focused on reimagining community health and wellbeing experiences, currently throughthe management of Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre(Pines)and Frankston Skate Park.

A day in the life of our Customer Experience super stars includes:

- Meeting and greeting members and guests;
- Responding to emails;
- Processing transactions in our point-of-sale system;
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed;
- Cleaning;
- Undertake administrative tasks as required.

Key Selection Criteria:

- Must be available Evenings, Weekends, and Public Holidays
- Ability to work a minimum 3 shifts per week.
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Well-developed written and verbal communication

Minimum Qualifications:

- Current Working with Children Check (employee)

The successful applicants must possess minimum qualifications and will be subject to a satisfactory criminal records history check.
