**The role**:
We are currently seeking Customer Service professionals keen to join a team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major customer contact channels
**What you’ll do**:
- **Receive inbound calls**:Our Accounts team take inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community.
- **Collaborate**:As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, the Customer Contact Officer will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.
- **Problem Solve**:With a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers, our Customer Contact Officers take ownership for resolving enquiries, identifying appropriate solutions and and aligning them with the customers' requirements.
We have several opportunities available, and applicants who successfully pass the initial screening will receive an invitation to participate in an assessment centre scheduled for **Wednesday 5th June**. Those who are selected will be required to start in the position on **Monday 1st July**.
Each role offers:
- Full time hours - working a 9.30am - 6pm roster.
- A 12-month Fixed term contract with a view to permanency based on performance and operational requirements.
- Hybrid environment - A combination of working from home, as well as in our Frankston office following a fully office-based training period.
