**The role**:
We are excited to welcome a new group of Customer Contact Officers to our team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Waters major customer contact channels

Working within the Accounts team you will be taking inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community. As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, you will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction.

We currently have a number of positions available with a commencement date of **Monday 23rd October**

Each role offers:

- Full time hours - working a 9.30am - 6pm roster.
- A 12-month Fixed term contract with a view to permanency based on performance and operational requirements.
- Hybrid environment - working from home and in our Frankston office following an office based training period
