The Role

You'll be a key part of our commercial delivery team, working across all stages of subcontractor contract administration on our projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing costs and head contract requirements

- Setting up contract management plans that align with risks and opportunities

- Preparing subcontractor scopes, packages, lettings, and procurement schedules

- Handling progress claims, variations, and forecasting

- Engaging closely with the delivery team to align methodology and value goals

- Using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided if needed)

You’ll have the support of a seasoned commercial leadership team— and the autonomy to make decisions and lead outcomes.

About You

You're someone with strong experience in contract or commercial management on building projects — ideally in the government or institutional space.

- Experience in both head contract and subcontractor admin

- An industry-relevant degree and a solid grasp of construction contracts and law

- Great communication and a collaborative working style

- Confidence in driving your own workload while being a team player

- A passion for process, structure, and proactive problem-solving
