About The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Senior Contract Administrators, Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across Sydney/Greater Sydney. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration and quantity surveying—from procurement and negotiation through to variations, claims, and close-out. - Managing procurement, subcontractor agreements and contract negotiations
- Administering variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and claims
- Supporting project forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting
- Preparing and reviewing contractual correspondence, progress claims, and payment schedules in accordance with relevant legislation
- Collaborating closely with project managers, site teams and commercial leads to ensure contractual compliance and cost control
What You/'ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within infrastructure or civil construction projects
- Experience both Upstream and Downstream
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. GC21) and relevant legislation
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a focus on risk mitigation
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
These are permanent full-time positions.
