Join the Civmec TeamCivmec is seeking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator based at Eneabba's Rare Earth Refinery.
Step into a key position where you'll drive contract compliance and commercial outcomes on one of Australia's most significant resources projects. Reporting to a Commercial Manager based in our head office, you will often be a self-sufficient resource at the coal face, while having the benefit of an experienced and knowledgeable team on call.
This project is based in the Mid-Western Region and offers a 2:1 roster to all personnel, offering better work-life balance to our employees. Transportation to and from site is provided from Perth Airport.

The RoleThis site-based role at Eneabba is ideal for a commercially savvy Senior Contracts Administrator who enjoys being close to the action. You'll be embedded with the project team and take ownership of contract and financial controls that keep the project running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting the construction delivery team to identify change, delay and disruption to the worksIdentifying, communicating and managing project risks, both internal and externalAttending site meetings and representing Civmec's commercial interests with confidenceDrafting and issuing formal notices and head contract documentationSupporting cost tracking and contributing to monthly financial and client reportingCoordinating RFQs and managing subcontractor tendering from start to finishOverseeing subcontractor performance, handling variations, EOTs, and daywork claimsVerifying subcontractor compliance with insurance and legal requirementsKeeping contract registers up to date and monitoring payment terms and claimsMaintaining accurate records and documentation in line with QA standards About YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:
A tertiary qualification in the relevant field 3 – 4 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity SurveyorSolid background in the construction industry is a must, with previous on-site experience highly regarded, but not essential.Excellent communication skills — both written and verbalStrong grasp of commercial management principles and project controlsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Civmec + YouAt Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a 'Never Assume' culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
