The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a driven, switched-on Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is all about keeping projects on track – financially and contractually – so our builds run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction and resources schedule.

- Ensure that subcontractor payment claims and supplier invoices are assessed and processed within the required timeframes.

- Prepare and assist in the maintenance of cost control, forecast revisions and project financial reporting.

- Prepare head contract payment claims, client correspondence and any other head contract obligatory requirements to be checked and assessed by Senior Contracts Administrator

- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers within discipline(s) by review of tender design, preparation of scope and technical documentation, preparation of S/C tender list, management of tender process, vetting and recommending tenders, and engaging subcontractors.

- Coordination of activities and tasks associated with the development of overall planning and programming.

- Assist in the establishment and monitoring of the procurement program and off-site activity schedule

- Assist with subcontract management and subcontract administration, including assistance in preparation of monthly final forecast cost estimates (FFC’s) for trade packages

What We’re Looking For:

- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or similar).

- 3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator (ideally on large-scale projects over $40M).

- Sharp communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with all kinds of people.

- Knowledge of Sydney’s construction market is a bonus.

Why Join Parkview?

This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and respected team, working on high-profile construction projects with real responsibility and influence. In return for your commitment, we offer:

- A competitive salary package (negotiable depending on experience)

- Long-term career growth within a stable, well-resourced company

- A positive culture built on collaboration, respect and professional development

- A strong pipeline of future projects and a solid reputation in the industry

- A range of employee benefits, including:

- Additional paid leave days each year

- Paid parental leave

- Health & wellbeing initiatives
