About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to contribute to the seamless operation of our marketing efforts. As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will work closely with our high-performing sales team, ensuring that both administrative tasks and marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly. You will be at the core of our operations, helping to drive the success of our premium property portfolio. This position will be 3-4 days per week, or could possibly extend to assisting at inspections on Saturdays for the right candidate should they have interest in a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all campaign advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across both print and digital platforms
- Assist in the management of advertising schedules and budgets to ensure all campaigns run on time and within financial parameters
- Compile detailed market and suburb reports to support marketing efforts and client presentations
- Prepare comprehensive pre-listing kits and listing presentations, showcasing properties to the highest standard
- Assemble inspection packs and contribute to ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required
- Ensure smooth collaboration between teams to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in real estate administration, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing campaigns
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive can-do attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service and support
- Experience with Box + Dice is an advantage but not essential
- A professional, enthusiastic approach with a passion for real estate and a desire to contribute to a leading agency’s success
