Job Overview

As the team’s dedicated Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You may be required to work the occasional Saturday to assist with Actions.

Responsibilities

- Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Self-managing day to day tasks;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
- General accounts; and you will be
- Trusted to handle sensitive information and client details with care.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years administration experience;
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred, but not required as we are open to training someone with the right attitude;
- Sound knowledge of compliance and contracts;
- Exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal; and
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently.
