As the Coordinator Project and Business Improvement, you’ll lead a talented team of professionals to deliver transformative project governance and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of embedding a consistent Project Management Framework reducing risk and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
This is a pivotal leadership role that will influence how we work, grow and succeed across every corner of the organisation.
This exciting role will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing agile team through strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring.
- Drive the development and evolution of our project management framework and business improvement program.
- Build systems and processes that prioritise and track impactful initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, including the Organisational Leadership Team, to champion continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure consistent evaluation, benefits realisation, and reporting across all initiatives.
- Provide strategic oversight and hands-on support for key corporate projects.
- Apply change management strategies to embed new ways of working.
- Deliver capability-building programs to uplift project and improvement skills across the organisation.
- Manage team resources and budgets to align with strategic priorities.

You’re a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and a change-maker. You bring:
- A degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- A strong background in driving organisation-wide change and improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Advanced project management capabilities and governance expertise.
- Deep knowledge of improvement methodologies and change management principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
LET’S REVEAL THE PERKS
This position provides:
- Competitive salary from $127,635 to $148,333 per year
- Enterprise Agreement pay increases apply
- Commencing salary set in line with skills and experience with annual reviews available to support movement through the salary range
- 35-hour working week with flexible working conditions
- Long service leave after 5 years
- Corporate fitness program from as little as $8 per week
