City of Melbourne, Australia Camp Australia Pty Ltd Full time

At Camp Australia, we're passionate about providing engaging, safe, and supportive Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and vacation care services that families trust, and children love.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in one of our most impactful national initiatives - The Service Delivery Standardisation Program. This is your chance to be part of something transformative, supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery across hundreds of sites nationwide.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-impact national project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.

Working closely with the Project Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll provide coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting support to ensure the successful rollout of standardised practices across our OSHC and vacation care programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and actions with precision.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and version control (MS365/SharePoint).
- Support meetings, workshops, and communications with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with drafting key deliverables including guidebooks, manuals, and resources.
- Monitor milestones, budgets, and KPIs - escalating issues where needed.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (with support) to aid process improvement.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and sustainability checks.

About You

- You’re a natural organiser who thrives on structure, detail, and timelines.
- You communicate clearly and professionally - both written and verbal.
- You’re proactive, curious, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
- You’re comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing sensitive info.

Experience & Skills

- 2+ years in a project coordination or program support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
- Exposure to project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) a plus.
- Experience in OSHC, education, or service-based industries preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge desirable but not essential.

The Benefits

In return for your experience and passion, Camp Australia offers:

- A competitive salary package
- Blended, flexible working arrangements.
- Wellbeing days and your birthday off are just some of the other benefits on offer to ensure our team feel appreciated and supported.
- Full time 12-month contract
- Flare Benefits for exclusive savings on fuel, groceries, tech, fashion, dining, entertainment, and more
