Facilitator, Leadership and Management Program

The Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) is a partnership between ACECQA and the Queensland Government. The Facilitator, Leadership and Management Program role will work collaboratively with the LAMP team to foster and enhance leadership and management capabilities within the children’s education and care sector in Queensland, specifically focusing on supporting operational and educational leaders working in small to medium-sized services.
The position is responsible for supporting the building of leadership and management practices by providing guidance, mentoring and professional learning including workshops, online learning and communities of practice, to educators and leaders, enabling them to effectively lead and drive positive outcomes for children.
There are two roles available, each role is full time and fixed-term (19 months) at ACECQA Band 5 ($103,179 - $122,039).

2. Provide an example of how you have applied leadership and management theories or principles to influence positive outcomes within the children’s education and care sector.
