The Opportunity

You’ll take on a pivotal Senior Contract Administrator role for a landmark multi-residential project in the heart of West End. This is an opportunity to work with an established builder/developer who owns and manages a significant national property portfolio, offering the security and resources of a major industry player without the red tape of Tier 1.

The Company

This group is a privately-owned developer and builder with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across multi-residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. With a large property portfolio, they’re deeply invested in long-term quality and community outcomes.

Operating with the structure and systems of a Tier 2 builder, but with the flexibility and vision of a developer, they offer autonomy, stability, and the chance to build work you're genuinely proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Oversee all CA functions on a $130mil+ BTR apartment development in West End

- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance

- Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and timelines

- Work closely with the site team, CAs, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes

- Utilise Cheops and Procore (experience in these preferred but not essential)
