Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and project support in our office 3 days a week.

Position Details:

· Days/Hours: 3 days per week, 9:00am to 2:00pm

· Location: Office based in Cairns(no remote work)

· Employment Type: Part-time

· Sponsorship: Not available. Applicants must have full work rights in Australia

About the Role:

This role requires a mature minded, dependable individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail. You will support management with a variety of administrative and project duties.

Key Skills & Attributes:

· Strong organisation and time management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

· Confident using Canva for presentations and visual materials

· Ability to learn new software quickly

· Professional attitude with maturity and reliability

· Able to take direction and follow instructions without hesitation or conflict
