The Role

This role suits an experienced Contract Administrator ready to step into a senior-level position or a proven Senior CA looking for a long-term home. You’ll be site-based and report to a Contracts Manager while managing key commercial responsibilities on major live projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders
- Procuring and letting trade packages, including scopes of work and contract drafting
- Managing all progress claims, variations, and subcontractor communications
- Tracking project financials, budgets, and forecasts
- Administering RFIs and assisting in head contract compliance
- Contributing to value engineering and buildability reviews with the delivery team

You’ll be working alongside skilled Project Managers and Site Managers on projects known for their complexity, creativity, and construction challenges.

Are you suitable?

We’re seeking a confident, proactive CA or Senior CA who thrives in fast-paced, detail-focused environments and has experience working on full project life cycles. The successful candidate will bring both technical skill and team-oriented leadership.

You’re likely to have:

- 5–8+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, for a head contractor, in commercial construction
- Delivered multiple projects from commencement to completion
- Experience in sectors like hospitality, residential, healthcare, or education
- A deep understanding of subcontractor management, cost control, and head contracts
- The ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams
- Permanent Residency or Citizenship (this role is not open to visa holders)
- This position is open to both intermediate and senior-level candidates, the role will be tailored accordingly.
