The Role

This is a senior role for a confident CA who’s ready to step up, or a proven Senior CA looking for longevity, influence, and visibility.

You’ll be embedded on a major project, working shoulder to shoulder with delivery teams and reporting to a Contracts Manager. You’ll manage high-value packages, oversee cost reporting, and contribute directly to commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Trade letting and subcontractor procurement
- Head contract admin, claims, and compliance
- Managing variations, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
- Collaborating with delivery teams for value engineering
- Leading subcontractor negotiations and progress tracking

Are you suitable?

We’re seeking someone with the capability to handle large, detailed builds confidently and collaboratively.

You’ll likely bring:

- 5–8+ years of experience as a CA or Senior CA with a head contractor
- Proven delivery on multi-stage or complex vertical builds (multi-res)
- Experience with apartments, Build to rent or build to sell or commercial towers
- Strong subcontractor relationships in SEQ and a proactive approach to cost management
- The ability to mentor junior team members and liaise with clients and consultants
- Full Australian work rights (PR/Citizenship only, no sponsorship available)
