Your new role

- Manage head contract and subcontract agreements on a $70M apartment project
- Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages
- Track budgets, claims, variations and progress payments
- Work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to drive project outcomes

What you’ll bring

- Solid experience as a Contracts Administrator on apartment or townhouse projects ($20M+)
- Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontracts, and project financials
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and clients
- Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a drive to deliver
