Overview

The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and is responsible for delivering construction projects which includes, planning, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and controlling the closure of a project.

The Senior Project Manager on this $150m high rise project in Milton will be able to demonstrate their ability to:

- Lead a landmark $150m high-rise project
- Drive project success from ECI through to handover
- Collaborate with a high-performing leadership team who value innovation and delivery excellence
- Take ownership of program, budget, and client relationships on a flagship project
- Enjoy a culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and long-term career growth

Responsibilities

- Lead a landmark $150m high-rise project
- Drive project success from ECI through to handover

Qualifications

- Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
- High rise project experience is extremely attractive
- Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
- Commercially astute
- Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations

Our client is a very well established construction company with an annual national turnover of nearly $1b and they have a particularly healthy list of projects coming up across SEQ. Their latest project is a $150m high rise residential project in Milton and it is this project you will lead from the early works phase through to completion.

They are well known for having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self motivated person will definitely enjoy things here and flourish. The project team consists of a Senior Site Manager, Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers and CA/'s.
