THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Coordinator (or CRC for short) to join our busy Loganholme office. As a CRC, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the process of building their new home. This involves tasks such as:

- Communicate with all clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updates
- Manage all pre-site administration for portfolio of clients
- Coordinate and book meetings with clients
- Ensure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information
- Liaise with external parties regarding clients finance and land information
- Maintain a current working knowledge of Simonds product and relevant promotions
- Communicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as required

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone with proven administration experience, preferably within the residential building industry or similar. In addition, experience in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of both internal and external customers is essential.

You have an adaptable communication style which enables you to build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy a thriving, fast paced environment. Whilst our CRCs have their own portfolio of clients to oversee, being able to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team is also vital.

You have the capacity to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work. Having high attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning/organisational and time management skills are desired. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Knowledge/ Experience in the building & construction industry will be favoured
- Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focus
- Framework experience will be favoured
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment
