We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organised Business Services Lead to take a leadership role in the smooth and effective operation of our Sydney Office. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for leadership and collaboration.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted liaison between the business services team, staff, leadership, and clients. You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective resourcing and workload management, while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

You’ll partner closely with office and sector leaders to coordinate operations, manage multiple projects aligned with business plans, and oversee the delivery of key reports and communications. Your leadership will be visible and impactful—chairing team meetings, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

From managing general administration and travel arrangements to contributing to strategic planning and performance discussions, you’ll play a central role in driving operational success and supporting our people.

This is an office based role and to be working full time in the Sydney CBD office.
