Your Role :

The a2 Milk Company is seeking a talented People & Culture Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing success of our Oracle HCM system and broader P&C technology stack.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven and detail-oriented systems expert with a strong background in HRIS, stakeholder engagement, and change management. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, improving data quality, and enabling process excellence across our global P&C function.

What your day will look like:

- Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle HCM
- Partner with the P&C and IT teams to support the implementation and optimisation of HCM modules
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support change management efforts across P&C systems
- Document, maintain and improve core business processes and system configuration
- Provide day-to-day system support, user training, data governance, and test coordination
- Collaborate with our Oracle support partners on patches, upgrades, and releases

As an integral part of our P&C team you will leverage your expertise as a Business Analyst with your experience working within Human Resources or People and Culture-centricprojects.This role will tap into your ability to consult, educate and support the wider team through your well-tuned reporting and collaborative communication skills. - Proven experience in supporting HRIS platforms – Oracle HCM experience highly desirable
- Strong skills in process mapping, configuration, testing, and user training
- Ability to translate technical details into clear business language
- Experience supporting global or matrixed organisations
- Highly analytical with strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, OTBI)
- Confident stakeholder manager with a “can-do” attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
